| Use the Online Training Resources for Staff Development |
|
Training can be expensive. Sometimes only one or two staff members from a program can attend a specific training, yet you may want your entire staff to learn about the topic. It is often impossible to allow several staff members to attend a training session on a monthly basis, even if the training is free. Our online training resources are convenient, flexible, and self-directed. You can choose the programs that are most important to your professional development and learn on your own schedule, whether it’s at work or at home. The video and audio tapes have accompanying study guides. You can use these in a group setting or assign them to staff members to complete on an individual basis. Supportive housing programs have used our video training series to train new case managers, assigning specific topics that were later discussed. Some executives have actually issued certificates upon completion of each video. The case managers were able to use the certificates as proof for continuing education credits from their licensing agency. Online Training |
